How the MakerSpace works:

You need to earn a bead for the station you are interested in using in the MakerSpace (Imagination Station).  Some stations will require you to earn 2 beads to use them.  For ALL stations- you must first earn your white bead.

**NEW NEWS***
There is a new schedule for the MakerSpace.  Please check the schedule on the wall in the rainbow hall.

Below are tutorials that I've filmed to teach you what you need to know about each station.  Take your time watching them.  If you don't understand a something- back up and watch it again.

Once you've watched the tutorial for a station, then come down during the "testing time" (you'll see it posted on the library doors- it's usually run when the MakerSpace is closed).  I'll ask you some questions and have you show me a few things (what you will need to do will depend on the bead you're trying to earn) and then you'll either earn your bead or need to practice some more.

Once you earn a bead at Webster, it's your bead.  You don't ever have to re-earn it.  When you come back after the summer, you'll still be able to have access to that bead's station.

CONTEST!!!  You could win a 3D printer for you AND our school!
